Her en liten video fra kontoret... Vi har satt opp en sånn hengestang :-) ("pullups??) og jeg har faktisk kjøpt (boy o boy) sånne pushupbøyler... ojojoj, nå blir vi spreke her altså. Sitter jo på rompa hele dagen! Så her får dere se oss ta være på Guds tempel - som også er lovsang til skaperen! o yeah. :-)

Heres a little video from the office.. we have put up this pull-up thingy in the doorphrame. And I got these pushup thingy magiggies as well... so now the temple of God (alias our body) will get back into Rugbydayshape (or maybe just a little bit less sloppy...!) after all our body is the dwelling place of the Holy Spirit, and so this is just another way to worship, ikke sant!? o yeah.

Yeah, Evangelism is not like forestry or carpenting, every work has it's drawbacks. Just gotta move well and eat well.
